The Polish Arts Festival on September 9-12 is into its second year in Southend-on-Sea. The town also has strong links with another coastal resort, that of Sopot on Poland's Baltic Sea. The fest promises a fiesta of acts, food and handicraft. ORLA.fm is delighted to be involved as media patron for a second year running as the event gets bigger and better.
